  • The Pacific coast, wild and authentic, from Santa Catalina to Boca Chica, offers encounters with unspoiled marine wildlife and Amerindian communities.
  • Bocas del Toro welcomes you for a relaxing break.

Length of stay: 16 days

Theme: The Essentials

Difficulty: Moderate

The Pacific route offered here is authentic and wild. Few people climb as far as the Gulf of Chiriqui. The village of Soloy is off the beaten track, making it all the more memorable to meet the Ngöbe-Buglé community. Alternative: once in Boquete, continue on to Costa Rica for a longer trip, before returning to Panama via its Atlantic coast.
