I created this trip from the heart. I dreamed of an itinerary that left time: time to explore, time to marvel, time to meet. A trip that doesn't chase milestones, but is lived to the full, slowly, deeply. Between Costa Rica and Panama, I looked for places that were true, beautiful and vibrant. Places that reconnect us to nature and to ourselves. I wanted a trip that would do both body and soul good, and today I'm happy to share it with you. It's more than a trip, it's a life experience.
