Free visit of the Metropolitan Natural Park.Panama is the only capital city on the continent to boast a genuine tropical forest (wet and dry). This 232-hectare protected park is the city’s green lung. It is also the first part of a biological corridor between the south and the north of the isthmus, guaranteeing that animals can pass from the forests of the Pacific to those of the Atlantic.The park is located just 15 minutes from the center of the Panamanian capital. Discover Lake Bayano and the Madugandi CavesExplore Panama’s best-kept secret: Lake Bayano. It’s the second-largest water reservoir in the region, and home to numerous birds and other animal species that you may see or hear during the day. You’ll have the opportunity to walk through limestone caves formed centuries ago, so be prepared to spot bats and discover mini underground waterfalls before arriving at a refreshing natural crystal pool. Pick up your rental car and drive from Panama City to El Valle de Anton in the province of Coclé. On the way, you’ll take in the magnificent scenery of fields and lush forests.Overnight in a hotel in El Valle.
Birdwatching outing
Depart at dawn for a birdwatching outing. Accompanied by a specialized naturalist guide, you’ll explore the surrounding trails to observe some of the 330 species of birds found in this region (toucans, hummingbirds, flycatchers, birds of prey, etc.).

Depart from your hotel at dusk for a walk in search of the animals that only come out once the sun has set. Accompanied by a naturalist guide, you’ll explore the surrounding trails to observe the reptiles and mammals you encounter along the way.

Discovery of the Guaymi tribe.
Accompanied by a local guide from the community, meet the families of the Guaymi tribe, also known as Ngöbe Bugle. Your first stop is the Guaymi mountain village. From here, you’ll hike through the wilderness on Indian trails, passing by rivers.

Meet the Ngöbe Bugle community:on arrival in Soloy, you’ll be welcomed into the community by Wilfredo and Karina. Your immersion begins with a welcome ritual: a cocoa drink. They’ll then explain how the community works, and you’ll spend the night with the locals.
Hiking in the heart of the community.Early in the morning, you’ll begin a 6-hour hike along the Molori road, for a unique cultural and immersion experience. Throughout the day, you’ll be able to observe the landscape of the central cordillera, with its cacao plantations, waterfalls, primary forest and various animal species such as toucans and sloths, as well as medicinal foods commonly used in the community.
As the trail passes through 3 communities, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet the locals, discover a traditional hat-making workshop and listen to the rites and cultural stories of the area. You’ll then return to the village of Soloy for dinner and the night’s sleep. Night in a local’s home.
Morning of exploration to discover the Kiki waterfall. After breakfast, you will begin a guided hike (medium level) to reach this waterfall, considered one of the largest waterfalls in Panama and better known as the Kiki waterfall. Enjoy a hike in this area with magnificent views and a refreshing swim in the waterfall. A traditional lunch will be served back in the village. Drive from Boca Chica to Boquete, then on to the Chiriqui mountains. After passing David, you continue to the heights of the region, to the village of Boquete, famous for its flowers and coffee.Night in a hotel in Boquete.

On this 4.5 km trail, you’ll cross 6 bridges offering breathtaking views of lush tropical vegetation, rivers, waterfalls and the imposing Baru Volcano. The tour consists of a professional explanation of the processing plant, an introduction to the processes of growing, harvesting and roasting coffee.
